After we have had a discussion, we will provide you with a list of the documents required for the loan application process. As soon as you have these ready, we will guide you through the evaluation process.

Submission of Required Documents for Evaluation
Depending on the completeness of the documents provided (such as income statements and property information), we will initiate either a preliminary review or the final evaluation process.
In cases of urgency, we will provide you with a list of all the required documents for the evaluation process. Once you have prepared all of them, we will proceed with the final evaluation from the beginning.

Preliminary Review, Final Evaluation
Depending on the nature of your inquiry, we will handle the evaluation process either internally or by referring you to our partner loan companies.
Preliminary Review (Prequalification):
Based on select documents, we will provide you with preliminary guidance and estimates. Simultaneously, we will provide instructions for the required documents for the final evaluation.
Final Evaluation:
Once all necessary documents are assembled, we will proceed with the formal evaluation. Subsequently, we will present the finalized loan terms and conditions.
(*Preliminary Review: A few days, Final Evaluation: Approximately 10 days to 2 weeks required)

Loan Agreement
Contract and Loan Disbursement
You will need to prepare the required documents for the contract, and we will conclude the borrowing agreement (you will need to visit our office).
We will discuss various details such as the disbursement method of the loan funds, the settlement date for property transactions, etc. (either at the time of contract or on a separate occasion).
In the case of loans through our partner loan companies, the procedures for the contract will be conducted at the respective partner's office (you will need to visit their office).

・For the borrower (and joint guarantor if applicable), the following documents are required at the time of the loan agreement:
personal seal, certificate of registered seals (several sheets, which we will request), resident registration certificate (for collateral registration application), and the applicant's bank registration seal.
