• In the event that a customer requests the discontinuation of using their personal information for direct mailings, telemarketing, and other forms of direct marketing, Wasen will promptly stop using the personal information for such purposes.

Wasen will properly and lawfully acquire customers' personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use specified in section 2 above.

Except as required by law, Wasen will not provide customers' personal information to third parties without obtaining the customer's prior consent.

Wasen implements appropriate safety control measures to prevent the loss, alteration, and leakage of customers' personal information. Additionally, Wasen provides education on the importance of personal information protection to all employees who handle personal information and exercises proper oversight when entrusting customers' personal information to other parties.
