Provisions Regarding Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

1. Refusal of Transactions with Anti-Social Forces

Our company's various deposit transactions, other transactions, and various services provided by our company (hereinafter referred to collectively as 'transactions') may be utilized if they do not fall under any of the provisions in Article 2. However, if our company determines that any of the provisions in Article 2 apply, we shall refuse to initiate the transaction.

2. Suspension and Termination of Transactions

If our company determines that any of the following apply and it is deemed inappropriate to continue the transaction with the customer (including agents and guarantors involved in these provisions, hereinafter the same), our company may suspend the transaction without notifying the customer or terminate the original agreement by notifying the customer. Please note that our company shall not be held responsible for any damages arising from such termination. Furthermore, if our company incurs damages as a result of this termination, please compensate us for the amount of the damages.

  • If it is discovered that the customer made false declarations or guarantees at the time of applying for the transaction.
  • If the customer falls under any of the following categories: organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, former members of organized crime groups within five years of leaving, quasi-members of organized crime groups, companies related to organized crime groups, fixers of stockholders' meetings, individuals falsely claiming association with social movements, special intelligence violent groups, or any other similar individuals (hereinafter "members of organized crime groups, etc."), or if any of the following conditions are confirmed:
  1. Having a relationship where it is recognized that anti-social forces are in control of management.
  2. Having a relationship where it is recognized that anti-social forces are substantially involved in management.
  3. Having a relationship where it is recognized that there is unjust utilization of anti-social forces, such as for the purpose of pursuing one's own or a third party's illegal interests or causing harm to a third party.
  4. Having a relationship where it is recognized that there is involvement in providing funds or offering convenience to anti-social forces.
  5. Having a relationship where an officer or a person substantially involved in management is in a socially condemned relationship with anti-social forces.
  • If the customer, either personally or through a third party, engages in any of the following acts:
  1. Violent demands.
  2. Unjust demands exceeding legal responsibilities.
  3. Acts of making threatening remarks or using violence in relation to the transaction.
  4. Spreading rumors, using deception or coercion to undermine our company's credibility or hinder our business operations.
  5. Any other acts similar to 1 to 4.

3.The effectiveness of the original agreement

These provisions shall not in any way hinder our exercise of rights based on the original agreement, nor modify the effectiveness of the individual provisions of the original agreement that are not in conflict with these provisions. Furthermore, these provisions shall be treated as an integral part of the original agreement.
